"Excellent"
We have taken many tours throughout the world but this has to be amongst the best. This is a well oiled operation. When they said they would pick us up from our Hotel at 9.00am they meant it. Our host for the day was Jim, his input of local knowledge and humour made it a great day. To sum up the day it was very informative and good fun.

This is a great tour if you have limited time in Miami and want to see a lot in one day. We did the Miami plus everglades tour, it was a great day. Jim our tour guide was excellent. Would highly recommend going with this professional and efficient company.

After booking & paying for a tour through my hotel, with another company I was mucked around & ended up finding Miami Tours to go to the Everglades with & I'm so glad I did. The guide Derek had a great personality & had a great knowledge of the different suburbs we were in/going through. The tour itself was the same as the other companies such as the airboat ride & alligator show after, but it was the people that make it. I recommend these guys as not only are they friendly & knowledge, they also respond quickly to email enquiries & seem to me to be a company that cares about its customers.

"So many tour operators in Miami but we made the right choice"
We booked this tour from the UK having researched remarks and comments. Our order acknowledgement was received the following day along with e-mails to tell us of other restaurants and poi's that they recommended. The tour was highly informative and things that you would not nessarily notice or know was told to you. The bus was clean and had enough legroom even for tall guys like my husband. The driver was very friendly and anwered anybodies off the cuff questions, i don't think he missed the answer to a single question. We also travelled with my mother and he made provisions to handle our manual wheel chair. I would say that we had the best tour with the best company.

"Miami Tour Company"
What a wonderful day we had with Jim and the Miami Tour Company. We did the City Tour and Boat Tour combined. We were collected by Jorge from our hotel. He was very kind and courteous and delivered us to Jim, our driver for the full day tour. Jim has a sign in his bus which says he is kind, courteous and helpful. He should add knowledgeable and fun as well. We had a great day with him covering 35 miles of Miami. We weren't rushed around but given plenty of time to see the sights. There is recorded commentary on the bus but Jim adds his own personal, interesting comments along the way as well. Everything to do with this Company was highly professional and organised. We were collected from our hotel at the time we were given (in fact a little earlier) and dropped off at the end of the tour at the time stated. Water was provided all day if required. In fact, we would highly recommend this tour to anyone. We booked from England online and everything was brilliant. Well done to Miami Tour Company, especially Jim Moore, thank you for a wonderful day.

"Excellent and a must for any visitor to Miami"
Booked the city and boat tour from the UK prior to travel. We were picked up from our hotel as arranged and taken to meet our driver for the day, Jim who was very informative and very funny. In fact my 14 year old son who in typical teenager fashion was not looking forward to the tour as he thought it would be boring, suprisingly loved the tour and thought Jim was great. Full day tour went very quickly and was an ideal way to see Miami as we were only there for a couple of days. I just want to add that customer service from Michelle and her team was excellent. Regular email updates prior to tour to ensure you have all the details but in addition my son left his watch on the tour bus but after contacting Michelle the watch was retrieved by Jim and dropped off at our hotel reception desk. Excellent service! Highly recommended tour and company. Thank you for a great day.

"Great Everglades Tour"
I used the Miami Tour Company earlier this week for a tour of the everglades in miami. I found the company to be very professional, they called to confirm my booking the day before. The actual Tour was excellent as the guides knew their stuff but the main attraction for me was the hotel pick up and the cost which were both superb. I didnt have a car in Miami so getting to the everglades to do the airboat tour was always going to be a challenge but it was simple thru the Miami Tour Company and the cost was very reasonable so I'd highly recommend using them.

"Great tour and excellent staff"
We were passing through Miami on our way to the Keys. This was our first visit and we left an hour early for the tour. Unfortunately the traffic was so bad we could not make our pick up. Spent some time on the phone with Michelle and she cheerfully guided us and our GPS right to the last pick up. So glad we made it. Derek was wonderful and we learned many interesting and unusually facts about Miami and the surrounding area.

What else can one say about this company. From start to finish the level of service was second to none. Easy booking online; rapid confirmation and reminder day before with useful information. We booked 2 tours whilst awaiting departure on a cruise. First tour was the City/Boat Combo. Coach arrived on time and was welcomed by a smiling Derek. We had the pleasure of his guidance/assistance/company all day. He enhanced the audio of Marjory with amusing stories and sound effects!! Second tour took us to the Everglades. Driver Eddie equally as pleasant as Derek and looked after us well. Overall a very pleasant experience to find a tour company who look after their clients. Highly recommend this tour company. "A great way to see Miami if you're pushed for time"
My wife and I have just returned from our Miami city & Everglades tour The Miami tour company. Right from the start, the booking process was really smooth, the company gave us lots of updates on both Miami and the tour which were really useful. On the day, our tour arrived bang on time, something of a rarity on these things, and the tour host , Derek, was super friendly and put everyone at ease really quickly, in addition, Derek has great relationships with everyone at all the stops on the tour, which is really useful to make sure your not waiting around too long at the attractions. The tour is a great way to see both Miami and the Everglades in a condensed day, and would recommend both this company, and this tour.

"Best city tour I've ever experienced"
I've been on a small bus tour of Boston (very good), walking tours of New Orleans (great) but the Miami tour is, well, phenomenal. From South Beach to Coral Gables with a detour in Key Biscayne, ending in Little Havana. From the modern, air-conditioned tour buses, one can get a driver's view of the road ahead with an on board camera. There is even a well produced sound-track playing when the guide is not talking. Truly knowledgeable tour guides present Miami as it was and is...the Garden of Eden after being expelled from paradise.

My friend and I decided to take a general tour of Miami to get our bearings and to help us organize for the rest of our stay. "Best way to see Miami"
My husband and I just returned home after celebrating our wedding anniversary in South Beach, Miami. On the first full day after arrival, we booked a tour online from the hotel room through Miami Tour Company. I am so happy we did. (P.S. I would recommend booking early...we were the last two seats on our tour.) We had a great driver, Derek S.; Talk about a person who is excited about his job and has pride in where he lives, well that describes Derek. This tour bus is very comfortable and has big screen monitors so you get a wonderful view...every seat is a good seat. There's music and added descriptions of the sites by a woman's automated voice. Super high tech. We learned so much about the "places" to visit, history of Miami, famous neighborhoods and the many things to do during our stay. After the land tour, we took the a boat sightseeing tour with this same company from Bayside Marketplace...a happening marina with lots of shops, yachts, restaurants, live music....you name it. This tour bus picked us up at our hotel and at the end of the day took us back to our hotel. We had a fantastic time the whole day. Great job Derek!!! Keep up the good work.

"Miami Tours Historic City Tour"
Whenever I go to a new city, I always take a city bus tour to get the lay of the land and to decide what I'd like to go back and check out in detail. When in Miami we chose to use Miami Tours, and we were so glad that we did. It could have been a boring, run of the mill tour but for our bus driver, Derek. He made the whole thing so much fun. It felt like being shown the city by a fun friend. The music on the bus complemented whatever we happened to be viewing at the time and Derek kept us all entertained with impersonations, movie quotes, and funny stories mixed in with all the facts of the area. The 4 hour tour just flew by! We also appreciated that the tour included enough chances to take pictures and use the rest rooms. Derek never hurried us but managed to keep us on schedule. If I am ever in Miami again, Miami Tours is the tour company I will use. They also offer Everglades and boat tours which sounded like a good deal. If you do the Historic City Tour, ask for Derek.

"Wonderful Tour"
We had a GREAT Time with Jim Moore our tour guide. He was like a friend showing us his Miami ! He was funny, and kind, and very concerned for his clients to have a positive experience on the tour! Jim was also very helpful in allowing us to purchase food in a different restaurant that I had picked on-line before coming to Miami, for my vegetarian husband. We saw places that we would not have gotten to see. Our only disappointment was not to have tasted Cuban coffee and purchase a cuban cigar which we were really looking forward to. The reason was the 3 Kings 's Parade was going on and we had to leave the area. We really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it!

"Fun! Miami city tour + Everglades"
We were in Miami only for 4 days, and wanted to visit as much as we could therefore booked the miami city tour + Everglades. Our driver (Derek) was AWESOME! It was really fun to get to see all the neighborhoods (coconut grove, little havana, etc) we wouldn't get to see otherwise. The everglades is definitively a MUST: the airboat ride is fun, the wildlife show as well with the alligators and scorpions... you get to take nice shots with your camera! The city tour is short and fun, and the price is definitively worth it! Your inside the bus, and the driver gives you information but Marjorie (the voice in the bus talking through the speakers) gives you some info as well on what your passing by. You get to see pretty much everything, and make several stops along the way to walk around and see things on your own. They even pick you up at your hotel and bring you back at the end. I definitively recommend it.

"Miami and Everglades Tour"
We had a day to kill after our Carnival Cruise before we went home. This tour gave us a taste of Miami. We were picked up at the Holiday Inn by the port. Since we just got off the ship we had all our luggage with us. No problem! it all got stashed in the back of the mini coach. We got to see all the parts of Miami that we hear about. Just the right amount of stops. We took the airboat ride and saw a glimse of the everglades. The whole tour was worth the money and time. Jim the driver could not have been more helpful. And Michelle in the office kept track of us once we got off the ship.

We did our tour with the Miami Tour Company for both city of Miami and Everglades. Our tour guide was excellent and we saw so much we thought we can become tour guides for Miami after the tour! Can't recommend this company highly enough if you are thinking about doing a tour at Miami and Everglades.
